Terms of Service

Last updated 22 August 2026

These are the terms on which GGFlows Ltd provides QuoteBash. By creating an account you agree to them. They're written to be readable, but they are a contract.

1. Who we are

QuoteBash is a product of GGFlows Ltd. [Company number not yet configured.]

2. What QuoteBash is, and what it isn't

QuoteBash helps you price work, raise quotes and invoices, and keep track of what you're owed. It calculates VAT, CIS deductions and the domestic reverse charge from the figures and settings you give it.

It is not an accountant, and it does not file anything with HMRC. The numbers it produces are only as good as the settings and prices you put in. You are responsible for checking that what goes out on your paperwork and into your return is right. If you're unsure whether CIS or the reverse charge applies to a job, ask your accountant โ€” that is a question about your business, not about this software.

3. Your account

  • Accounts are for one business. Don't share your login.
  • Keep your password to yourself, and turn on two-factor sign-in if you can.
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your login.

4. Your data stays yours

Everything you put into QuoteBash โ€” your clients, your prices, your documents โ€” belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and we don't use it for anything other than running the service for you. You can export it at any time, and you can take it and leave.

Because your client list contains other people's personal data, the Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms and applies automatically.

5. What you can't do with it

The short list is on the Acceptable Use page. It also forms part of these terms.

6. Paying for it

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. We never see your card details.
  • Prices are shown on the site and we'll tell you at least 30 days before any increase applies to you.
  • If a payment fails we'll try again and let you know. If it keeps failing we may suspend the account, but we won't delete anything without telling you first.
  • Cancelling and refunds are covered on the Refunds & Cancellation page.

7. Availability

We work to keep QuoteBash up and we take verified backups before every release, but we don't promise it will never be down. We'll give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can, and we won't ship a release we haven't tested.

8. Where our liability ends

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says can't be limited.

Beyond that, and because QuoteBash is a low-cost tool rather than a professional service: our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business, or losses arising from figures you didn't check before sending them out.

This is the clause worth reading twice. QuoteBash produces numbers that end up on invoices and tax returns. Check them. If a total looks wrong, it is wrong, and it is easier to fix before it goes to a customer than after.

9. Ending it

  • You: cancel whenever you like, from Settings or by emailing us. Your data stays available to export until the retention period in the privacy policy runs out, or until you ask us to erase it.
  • Us: we can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy. Except where the breach is serious, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to put it right, and we'll always give you a way to get your data out.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't accept the change you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part of what you've paid.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
