Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like — from Settings, or by emailing us. No notice period, no phone call, no retention offer to sit through.

You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't cut you off the moment you cancel.

The first 14 days

If you change your mind within 14 days of first subscribing, tell us and we'll refund it in full.

Strictly, this cooling-off right applies to consumers rather than businesses, and QuoteBash is sold to businesses. We're not going to argue the point with a sole trader over one month's subscription — if it's within 14 days, you get it back.

After that

Monthly: cancel any time; the current month isn't refunded, and you keep access to the end of it.
Annual: cancel any time; we refund the unused whole months.
If we change the terms or the price in a way you don't accept, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part whatever plan you're on.
If we get something badly wrong — an extended outage, a bug that cost you real work — talk to us. We'd rather refund you than have you tell people we wouldn't.

Your data after you leave

Export everything before you go — the export screen gives you CSVs that open in any spreadsheet, plus your PDFs.

After cancellation we keep your records for the retention period set out in the Privacy Policy, in case you need them back or HMRC asks you for them. Ask us to erase them sooner and we will, completely, and confirm what was removed.

We don't hold your data hostage. You will never have to pay us to get it out.
